We Offer a Range of Services to Meet the Demands of Every Project
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
All conceptual estimating is performed in-house by our seasoned estimating staff with over 35 years of experience in custom millwork fabrication. This includes all aspects of schematic design and design development. Our estimators work diligently with our clients to assist with project budgets and value engineering to achieve the desired results
DRAFTING
Our drafting team of four have an average tenure with the company of 14 years and cumulative industry experience of 48 years. Depending on the size and complexity of a project, our team has the ability to work collectively and/or individually. Projects are drawn using the latest AutoCAD software.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage all of our own projects with a dedicated team of five Project Managers. Each of our PMs has many years of experience in the millwork industry. While each PM is responsible for their own projects, they often collaborate on the more demanding projects.
FINISH SAMPLES
Our custom in-house finish department creates samples for our client's approval. Whether our clients want to match existing millwork in an old building or create a unique new look, we can make it happen. Samples are created based on each project's specifications and sent to our clients as part of the approval process.
WAREHOUSE
Often overlooked, we feel our warehouse capabilities are critical to our mission. We maintain an off-site climate controlled warehouse for completed millwork. This allows The Woodworks to be more flexible with scheduling and deliveries, allowing us to meet our client's needs.
